Your details
Malvern Valley CC is a volunteer club. We collect as little as we can, keep it only as long as we need it, and never sell it.
What the contact form collects
Your name, your email address, your phone number if you choose to give it, and your message. That is all. We use it only to reply to you.
Where it goes
The form sends one email to the club inbox for the topic you pick: secretary@malvernvalleycc.com.au, registrar@malvernvalleycc.com.au, childsafety@malvernvalleycc.com.au or sponsors@malvernvalleycc.com.au. Those inboxes are read by club volunteers. Nothing you type is stored on this website. If the form cannot send, it opens your own email app with the message filled in, addressed to the same inbox.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or share your details. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics or advertising on this site.
Registration and match data
Player registration, fixtures, results and scores are run through PlayHQ, the system Australian cricket uses. Details you give PlayHQ are handled under PlayHQ’s own privacy policy. Scores and player names shown on this site come from that public match record.
Asking us to remove your details
Email secretary@malvernvalleycc.com.au to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it removed. That includes asking for your name to come off anything published on this site, such as a player listing or a photo caption. We will confirm once it is done.
